I found these pills in an unmarked bottle. Are they an antibiotic and if so, for the treatment of what?

Yes, Belcher Pharmaceuticals lists these capsules as containing 500mgs of Cephalexin, this antibiotic is used to treat various types of bacterial infections.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, headache, and non-allergic skin rash. NDC code: 62250-0802

It should only be taken, if your doctor has confirmed the presence of an infection, since taking them when they are not actually needed could result in your developing antibiotic resistance, and that may put you in serious danger in the future.
