White Watson 10mg 325 #853 (Page 4)

I just recieved a new prescription of norco 853 10/325. The last script was yellow and the new ones are white. The pharmacist said that Watson changed the color but the pill is the same, does anyone know if this is accurate?

No, "we are not" what Amanda? I am in agreement with those who need Norco and take it responsibly. Look, those other posts were between Tom and I . First off Amanda, I only gave abuse when it was thrown at me. And I know plenty about abuse myself. I don't care what you think of me. I will not allow someone to post what Tom did without lashing back. Look, I can pray for whoever I want. Get off your high horse, because I can assure you I am laughing at you. @Julie*im so sorry that you two people on here attacking you, but you know....you deserved it and more. .. you are a grown up with a child like mind. I think the comment about"dying or pulls back yellow and maybe that would help, was the rudest statement I've heard in a while. I want to use some choice words here, but I'm going to be the adult. I honestly think you should apologize to the people on this bog for making the "assumption" that people are addicted, just because they don't feel the new meds are working as well as the others does not imply that they are addicted, but you sound well versed in that field??? Is it possible for you tobe respectful of others issues without the responses you have been giving. Btw... you truly Do not sound like someone with a higher education, just saying

And while I'm making request, please don't assume others on here are not educated as well because I happen to be a ER nurse for almost 12 yes now, and I can tell you from my own chronic back pain issues that there is a difference in the new tablets, than before. The inactive ingredients as well as the yellow due was removed which can change the way people react to the new meds. I truly hope everyone on here finds relief somehow. Thanks for reading :)

TO EVERYONE: if you cannot take a certain brand of medication, you have to tell the pharmacist. Your doctor has no control over what the pharmacy stocks. I'm glad I read this though bc I have been off narcotics for months, taking 1 or 2 every blue moon, and I recently got Watson 10/500 whites and they don't touch my pain at all! My husbands are pink and from qualitest and they work much better. I know there is a difference in these "new" lortabs! I thought my getting sick, etc was in my head but it seems so many people have had reactions to the Watson Whites whether they are 10/500 or 10/325. Thanks all! I am bringing this up to my pharmacist & maybe they will do away with Watson.

@ fightingfibro, mine are Watson 10/500 and I have been sick & in severe pain all week. If you read my recent post, you will see I have been off any kind of narc for months and these new watsons did absolutely nothing but make me sick! My husband uses a diff pharmacy but his pain med is the same & I had no trouble with them. I am calling Walgreens tomorrow. SO, @ Julie, I see more complaints about this than I do anything so it is not in anyone's head & it doesn't mean they are dependent on their current dose. I am allergic to OxyContin but I can take Percocet ( oxycodone). Why? The fillers & binders.

Where is a lnk to report to FDA and email the company because these white norco 853 ones are different, they suck!
I spoke to pharmacist and they say nothing has changed but dye, not buyng it, these white pills are not as effective, and drowsy side effects, I believe they made these inferior, cut corners to save money at our expense!

Whatever. I am working on my doctorate. I would not have lashed out had Tom not been so rude. I thought I would stop back to see if this blog calmed down. I apologized if I made assumptions. I owe no one an apology except Tom. Look, glad you are an ER nurse. I am a professional too and as far as having a childlike mind that is a laugh. The argument was childish I agree. Dying them yellow was off key, and for that I apologize. Good luck to you all, I am signing out for good. Take care.

They do seem weaker anybody notice they are also verry powdery and npt as hard as the yellows i believe they are using less and compress them less the yellows were very hard and compressed hense more powder to make one pill anybody uunderstand what im trying to explain.

There, you can at least report medications that aren't effective or may be causing undesirable side effects. Although I'd imagine that the FDA wouldn't pull something off the market due to just a handful of complaints. Hopefully more unsatisfied patients will eventually speak up if they're not getting the relief that this medication claims to offer.

Has anyone else had success reporting medications in this manner?

I have to share this, I could not get any relief, so I had my dr call in and dose it was medically necessary for name brand, which cost me 150, with ins. But I finally got some relief, so there is a difference. I don't know what's going on because my pharmacist told me there was no Sdifference, but I know how I feel, and it's NOT in my head. Just FYI.

Never said it was ALL IN YOU HEAD. I said it is psychological for some. I am sure the more complaints Watson gets, the more they might be inclined to go back to the original Norco. This is not unusual to happen to some people...the squeaky wheel gets greased. Good luck everyone.

I would appreciate not hearing your one cent advise. I was going to sign off, but decided to check back periodically, I only read the most recent post which is unfortunately yours. Ugh! Talk to Amanda, Ugh!! Amanda, you are the one name calling to me. My last post was nice and respectful. You replied with insults. I am on this forum taking notes on people views...you don't like it tough. I was going to deactivate and thought this forum is perfect. Remember, YOU kept this going. I ended it and you replied to me very nasty insults. Take a look at your own behavior before judging mine. You are the only one to comment on mine and Tom's posts, it is over and I have chosen this site among many to study. Yes, what happened between Tom and I was childish, but it was ended and YOU had to stick your nose in it and keep it going. This is over and I will post when I want. Do not reply to me ever!
