I was looking through my medication cabinet above my sink, and I share a bathroom with my brother so I wouldn't be surprised if this were a drug, but I am concerned. It is a small, white, triangular pill with a capital S on one side, and a 50 on the other. Before I dispose of it I'm really curious of what this could be. All answers appreciated.

This tablet contains 50mgs of Sumatriptan, most commonly used to treat migraines.
Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and sedation.
