White Round With R 48 10/

what type of pill is this and how many (M.G) IS THAT pill(r 48/10) think that what it says...is this pill stronger and a 10/mg norco?

The pill marked 4810 V contains 5mgs of Oxycodone in an instant release formulation, which is the generic for OxyIR, it is a narcotic pain reliever.

Therefore, it is not as strong as the Norco and it does not contain the Acetaminophen that is in Norco.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and constipation.
