I found a bag of white round pills with MRG or MAG 64 written on one side of the pill. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

I'm at the hospital with my wife visiting and I just found 2 round white pills with MRG 64 printed on one side. I will ask her nurse but I wanna know what they are and what are they doing on the floor?

Are you sure it's MRG? I thought so too, but upon further analysis I think it's MAG 64, in which case it is magnesium 64, I hope this helps.
