The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "PE 425" rather than "P 425". This pill is also white, but it doesn't specify its shape. The pill I just described is identified as Durahist PE; which is used in the treatment of nasal congestion and rhinitis. Durahist PE contains the following active ingredients:
Chlorpheniramine (8mg) + Methscopolamine (1.25 mg) + Phenylephrine (20 mg)
The manufacturer of this specific pill is ProEthic Laboratories LLC.
