White Round Pill With N/25 On One Side

unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint.

It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. Good Luck Bobby

From what I could gather, This white round pill marked "N" over "25" on one side, contains a combination of 25mg Ephedrine + 200mg Guaifenesin made by PDK Labs.

The brand name is said to be "Two-Way MaxBrand", and these are confirmed to have the cross scores on the back.

This combination is indicated for:
Relieving congestion, cough, and throat and airway irritation due to colds, flu, or hay fever.
