Wondering if anyone has any idea what type of medication this is?

Hello,

The closest match I could find has the imprint 013 on a white oval shaped pill; which has been identified as Loratadine-D 12 hour (5mg/120 mg). This is an antihistamine drug primarily used in the treatment of hay fever.

NOTE: I could not find a photo of the pill, so at this time there's nothing to determine whether or not the lettering was black on this oval pill.
