HI, Bill! Where did you find it?

I've done some searching, but it's not turning up in the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked.

The SP is a logo used on some prescription tablets, but nothing with these numbers.

That makes me wonder if it's possibly a foreign medication, perhaps from Canada…

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
