I can't find a listing for a tablet with this marking.
However, if I had to take a guess based on the marking, I'd go with it containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of a narcotic, such as Oxycodone, or Hydrocodone.

Factoring in the shape, I'd be more inclined to go with it containing Oxycodone, because the Hydrocodone usually requires a larger pill as it has more bulk to it.
Like I said, this is just a guess though, but I am basing it on the fact that there are a few available on the U.S. prescription market that have a 325 over 5 on one side, then letters or logos on the other side that are narcotic analgesics.
Have you tried asking him what it is or where it came from?
