Hello,
From what I can gather, the pill you took is most likely a valium, but from a foreign source. I have seen white and pink/red round pills with a very small atc imprint inside a triangle, but there was no X, just a number to determine the milligrams. I imagine that the strange feeling you got was due to some of the inactive ingredients that may have been used.
