If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains.
We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription product, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification, but it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products.
There is also a small chance that it may be a foreign medication.
