I have searched around and so far the closest pill which I have found to resemble your description is:
" Each white, round, flat-faced with bevelled edge, scored, compressed tablet, identified 'APO' over '500', contains acetaminophen 500 mg " [1]
So my best guess at this point is that it is called Apo-acetaminophen from Canada, containing, of course, Acetaminophen 500 mg as stated above. Do you have any other questions or information to add? Please post back if you do...
