The tablet with the 3604 V marking contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin, it is a narcotic pain reliever.

And the reason it is usually warned about, for people with COPD, is due to the fact that narcotics can cause depression of the central nervous system, which can cause slower heart rate, slower breathing rate and lowered blood pressure.
