If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine that this may contain.
We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification.
However, it could be any one of a very large number of over the counter products and there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.
Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?
