White Pill L48

Round white flat pill, 44 over the indent in the middle and l48 or 148 on the bottom. Anyone know what this might be?

The marking is 44 over 148, these are over the counter products and this one in particular contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand of Tylenol.
