I want to know the full process of white and black phenyl formulation with ingredients, percentage, making procedure.

Dear Sir, I am making white phenyl using pine oil,PGM,Perfume and liquid soap.But it is going very costly.Please advice me how can I prepare white phenyl on a low price and please clarify what is the other name of Phenoxy Emulsifier.

which emulsifier you use for pine oil ?

anyway i try to solve your problem

emulsifier should be 15 to 20% of pine oil

try this .

and set the ph
if you dont know about ph and how to calculate

then ADD 25% GMS OF PINE OIL

first mix oil and emulsifier
then add GMS
and heat until GMS desolve in pine oil and emulsifier

GMA (Glycerol monostearate )

your problem will 100% solve

dear sir ,
thnx 4 ur formulation for white phenyle . i used emulsifier and pine oil . but phenyle and water get separated in bottom of bottle in 15 days. pls tell me the solution of this pboblem.

yeah you can use pine oil

and pine oil is better then castor oil

floor cleaner is batter then hand wash ( coz floor cleaner is stronger )

Liquid soap castor oil=emulsifier or phenyl concentrade? liquid soap are many type, hand wash, multy cleaner, toilet clean, floor cleaner etc. Can i use pine oil.

i think you have already all ingredent for making PHY

yeah emulsifier is kind of soap (detergent)

castor oil 200 : grm

liquid soap : 200 gram ( which you r making )( floor cleaner )

then add perfume

now your phenly is ready

ok ok i came to know that you are from india

now i am give you very simple solution for your all problems

first find from your local market ( emulsifier for washable oil )

if any problem for finding this

then find ( emulsifier for cutting oil )

Add perfume as you like for phenyl , in this emulsifier

and now your (classimulse pc emulsifier) is ready

if you have any question , feel free

classimulse pc emulsifier is just a name of two or three

emulsifiers

there is no any name of this emulsifier

classimulse pc emulsifier :( oil in water emulsifier + stablizing agent + anti corrosive agent+ Antibacterial+ perfume )

you can make himself
