White Oval Tablet 357 Or 349?

I have a white oval tablet etched on one side with 357 or 349. Can anyone tell me what this medication is?

I believe the pill you are describing is M357; which is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (500 mg - 5 mg).

Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.
