I found these pills in my house they are oval white pills that have 44 369 on one side, no other characteristics.

These are reportedly a generic store brand of Midol which contain Acetaminophen 500 mg, Pamabrom 25 mg, and Pyrilamine 15 mg. Used for relief of symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle.
