Hi tay-tay,

The closest match I could locate to your description is a white oval pill with "4" on one side and "NO" on the other.
(The only difference being between "40" and "4").
This pill is identified as Ondansetron hydrochloride (4 mg).

Ondansetron is used mainly as an antiemetic to treat nausea and vomiting following chemotherapy.
