Oval oblong shaped small white 1/4" long 1/8" flat or less has a C stamped in it on one side only

I can't find any prescription tablets that match this description.

And really, with that imprint, I'm highly suspicious that it's most likely something that's available over the counter.

Does anyone recognize this tablet?
