I seem to have come across an exact match to your description. It looks like the pill is manufactured by Teva-Canada:

Each white, oblong, flat tablet, debossed "R" and "10" on the same side contains Ramipril 10 mg.

Nonmedicinal ingredients: hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, sodium hydrogen carbonate, and sodium stearyl fumarate.
