I am just wondering what this type of medication is, as far as I can remember it is for gas but I am not sure after this long of a time period, the only markings on the pill is a capital L and a line separator on it and then a 10 and then completely blank on the other side. I tried matching Loratadine with it but it does not match as the numbers on any of those don't match.

I find it odd that someone else here in the forums also mentioned this pill to be Loratadine, yet I can't seem to locate any specific details on it. Could there perhaps be a different brand of this drug with those markings?

I also found another pill that fits your description of a white round pill with L 10 on one side, separated by a horizontal score line through the center of the pill. It's identified as a brand of penicillin called Ledercillin VK 250 mg / 5 ml; manufactured by Lederle Laboratories.
