Found white oblong pills with 44 175 imprinted on one side. They were in a bottle which identified them as Hydrocodone 10/500mg. And described on the bottle as an Oval Blue tablet with Watson on one side and 540 on the other. Is this likely a pharmacy error or is this likely a situation of someone switching out the pills? My daughter who has been treated for Vicodin addiction in the past and lives at home would have had access to this.

Look mom, we both know the answer to this one....your daughter swtiched the pills. Vicodin addiction is a lifelong battle unfortunately. Once you know you can go to a pill to make you feel good for whatever might be troubling you at the time, its over. A daily battle. Good Luck Mom, get you daughter into treatment and find out the underlying issues.

The tablet with the 44 175 marking is just an over the counter product that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol.
