White Odd Shaped Pill

I have a white oblong shaped pill scored to break into 2 large chunks on the ends and 2 smaller in the middle. the number 718 is written on it and it looks like an M or W logo...any ideas?

Is there a chance that the marking is 713 instead of 718? I think I located a match, but the marking shows 713 W (it is also white and oblong). The number 3 can appear to be an 8 in some cases, so I thought it would be worth a shot.

The pill with this marking is identified as Cefprozil (500 mg). It is used to treat bronchitis, ear infections, skin infections, and other bacterial infections.

If this doesn't sound like the pill you have, please post back and I'll try searching other sources.
