I haven't been able to find a listing for anything with this marking, which leads me to believe that it's likely something that's available over the counter.

I believe this is the generic (possibly Publix Brand) of Excedrin. I got mine from Publix when Excedrin was not available for a short time. I noticed that Excedrin is back on the market.
