I found a White Oblong Pill With Ec On One Side And E The Other and I am wondering what it is???

I located your white oblong pill to be Erythromycin (250 mg).

NOTE: the correct marking is actually "Ec a". The lower case "a" does in fact look like an "e", so this can be a common mistake.

Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic used in replacement for people who have an allergy to penicillins. It can be used for dental abscess; chlamydia infection; strep throat; bowel preparation; and syphilis, among other uses as well.
