White Oblong Pill With 115 On One Side And H The Other

It is a white pill,and i wanna know if i can drink with it and not do me any harm,i have a pull muscle and it hurts like hell,but i went out drinking and wanna take it but im scared that it may give me a bad reaction.

The pill you're describing is identified as Methocarbamol 750 mg. Based on my research there are potentially unsafe interactions between this drug and alcohol. Quoted below are the precautions you should be aware of:

"Using methocarbamol together with alcohol can increase nervous system side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience impairment in thinking and judgment. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with methocarbamol. Do not use more than the recommended dose of methocarbamol, and avoid activities requiring mental alertness such as driving or operating hazardous machinery until you know how the medication affects you. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medication without first talking to your doctor."

That said, I personally wouldn't recommend drinking with methocarbamol; but it's probably wise to use your own best judgement on what a responsible intake would be if you do decide to combine the two.
