Tifft is correct, this tablet is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it an opiate narcotic pain reliever.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.

If so, it contains 1mg of Sucaralfate, which is used to help treat GI tract issues. The FDA lists its side effects as possibly nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach pain.
