The tablet with the IP 118 marking doesn't contain Oxycodone, it is another generic for Lortab that contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen.

Since it contains a narcotic, this medication does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation and dry mouth.
I'd also like to let you know that by request of the FDA, all of these combination medications are going to have the amount of Acetaminophen in them lowered to only 325mgs. This has been done due to the risk of liver damage or failure that can be associated with long-term use and the risk of toxicity from Acetaminophen overdose.
Some manufacturers have already begun to implement the change and the rest are expected to have done so by January of 2014, so these high dosages will not be available much longer.
