I was prescribed 10/500 lortab and I got the generic. They have always been blue and bigger in size than the 5mg or the 7.5mg, but this is white and smaller like a 5, nothing on the front and on the back on the left it says 1P, and on the right it says 119, so it looks like 1P 119. What is this?

The pill which you are describing has the imprint IP 119, and it does contain Hydrocodone 10 mg + Acetaminophen 500 mg. The manufacturer of this is Amneal Pharmaceuticals.
