White Iron Pills
UpdatedCan I get pregnant if I am on my white iron pills

As long as you haven't missed any of the active pills, then you are still protected, even on the iron/inactive pills.

When you're taking oral contraceptives, you don't actually have a true menstrual cycle during the week that you take the inactive pills. What you have is actually just a withdrawal bleed from not having the hormones in the tablets, but your level of protection remains the same.
