my friend found on the street a white heart-shaped pill with the letter S carved only on one face. Is it a kind of elicit drug or the newest type of Levitra?

It's a German pill, it has the shape of a heart, it's bigger than the "Smints", it has a big S impressed on one side, it smells like mint, the packet is dark blue or black, the name is very long, it contains the words "kuesse", "nacht", "mond", "Suessenacht", "honig" or something like that.
