White G3722 Real Or Fake?

My wife got these and after all the crap on here I am wondering if they are real or fake. The have the octagon G and all the proper lines with the alligator back. The thing is I don't taste anything. She took half of one and it knocked her out for a couple of hours today. Maybe I'm just paranoid now.

If they are working for her and she received them from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, then that is a good sign that they are real and there is nothing to worry about.
