Most likely yes, as Alprazolam can take up to 90 days to be out of your system for a hair follicle test. Depending on the last time you took this drug, you just have to ask yourself whether or not you gave yourself this time-frame.

As far as other tests go, it can take 1-6 weeks to be out of your system for a urine test, 6-48 hours for a blood test, and 1-10 days for a saliva test.

While these are just estimates based on a number of sources, your age, weight, diet, metabolism, etc, also play a crucial role in how rapidly your body detoxes this drug out. Eating plenty of fruit and drinking a lot of water, along with some sort of physical activity everyday should definitely help you detox a lot faster (if your not doing so already).
