This tablet contains 200mcgs of Misoprostol, it has several medical uses and, if it was given after surgery, then in this case it was most likely used for it's ability to protect the stomach and prevent ulcers and damage from other medications.
However, it can also be used to induce abortions, though it isn't 100% effective.
