I live in Oregon and I know it's legal to buy fiornal in the U.S., but where can I find it?

It is only legal to purchase it in the U.S. from a pharmacy with a prescription from your doctor. It is not a medication that is available over the counter.

The FDA lists this medication as being most commonly used to treat migraines and its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, irritability and drowsiness.
