It has been speculated that Oxycodone is approximately 1.5–2 times as potent as Morphine when administered orally.
I think their efficacy also largely depends on your body chemistry and how well you tolerate each medication (in relation to the severity of your pain). Because this factor is so different for each individual, there's really no ethical way to compare these two medications on a milligram to milligram basis.
If you're looking to compare one or the other, I would suggest asking your doctor for a smaller script that you can use as a trial run, just to see how your body responds to each medication.
