The only difference in the two medications you posted is in the amount of Acetaminophen.
The Lortab 10/500 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen.
The Endocet 10/650 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen.
So, in the narcotic pain reliever amount, they are the same.
Since these have the highest amount available of the Hydrocodone in them, coupled with the Acetaminophen, it is very important not to try and double up on them, due to the danger of overdose and the Acetaminophen toxicity.
