The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen.
Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger.
Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen.
