Where To Go In Southeast Ky Or New Tazewell Tn To Get Pain Meds

I have been unable to go to the doctor for over a year. I do not drive and rely on my daughter to take me. She had been living out if state. I was on high pain medication (oxycodone/roxicodone, morphine and Xanax) before. At this point, any pain medication would help. But I don't know what doctors to go to now and so many will not write pain medication. Can someone please help with suggestions on who to go to? I would even travel to Knoxville if needed. I had a doctor there before. Please help

I'm looking for a new cash clinic for percocet in Southeast KY. I've currently been in pain management for 2 years getting hydrocodone and my meds just don't help much anymore. The doctor doesn't want to increase med strength, I have done everything the clinic requires and always have a clean u/a.
