Have taken my Prescriptions to Walgreens called walmart and Cvs and not only do they not carry the dose they wont fill them.i just moved to Dallas TX from Aurora Co.Where can i get them filled?

Cvs is the worst place to go for any narcotic! They judge you when you drop the prescription off! They have been investigated for this also! My husband had bladder cancer, and he was told just because he has cancer doesn’t mean he needs pain meds!!! I really don’t know how they can over ride a docter?????i would try a mom and pop pharmacy, or even maybe rite aide has been so good. But I know they will think you are shopping, but you need your meds. But try that first.’ Mom and pop stores

Tom Thumb just told me that headquarters will not allow them to buy Mylan fentanyl patches any more. I used to get them from CVS, but Tom Thumb was cheaper.

Duragesic is WAY TOO expensive, I use the Mylan patches and they are available at most CVS stores up to 100 mcg/hr. Walgreen's does not carry Mylan, which, in my experience has the best method of delivering the drug. They are the only people who put the drug in the matrix so it is IMPOSSIBLE for it to leak.

The only problem I had was that they had a tendency to fall off. I stopped that by using Nexcare dressings that are available in just about any drug store, no Rx required, of course. They are now using the Nexcare dressings in hospitals as a covering for IV infusions.

They are waterproof and when it is time to remove them, no problem, they peel right off without leaving a residue. I prefer to get them via the 'Net, as they're considerably more affordable that way.

. Call cvs in beltline and jupiter. pharmacy does contain Mylan brand patches. If you prefer the name brand Duragesic, all you have to do is ask the pharmacist or the female pharmacist to order what you need. They also have the Other meds that you are requesting in stock
