When To Take The First Oralcon Tablet.
UpdatedHi, I was on the 2 month injection, immediatley after I started on oralcon. I stopped taking it because of personal reasons. Now I want to start again but not sure when to take the first tablet? When do I take the first oralcon tablet?

Hello, Samantha! How are you?
For immediate protection from pregnancy, you should take the first tablet on the first day of your period.
However, if you want to start it at any other time, you can do so, but it will take 7 days to reach its full efficacy level in your body, so you'll have to use some other form of protection for that first week.
Is there anything else I can help with?
