When Should I Start Althea Pills?

I'm so confused . I'm using trust pills and it's already my 3rd day of my period and I want to switch to Althea pills. Today is Wednesday, how ever the start day on the chart is Sunday what should I follow? Is it the first tablet which is Sunday or can I proceed directly to Wednesday?

Unless your doctor has instructed otherwise, you should be able to make a clean switch from one to the other, so you can just start Althea on the same day you would normally start a new pack of Trust pills.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irregular bleeding, and PMS-like symptoms.
