Hi, i have been on Oralcon for the past 6years and never had a problem with it at all, i will usually start my period on the 3rd pill but now lately it will start on the 2nd to last one and for this month i never started my period at all on the red pill. Today when i suppose to start my white pill new batch there i get my period, So do i carry on with the white pill or what do i need to do.

Oral contraceptives can cause irregular periods, as a side effect, according to NIH reports, along with nausea, headache, weight gain, and mood changes. Some women stop having periods, entirely, while taking them.
According to normal instructions, you should continue taking them, as usual.
Is there any change that you are pregnant? Are you on any other medications?
