It depends on the specifics. Is it 32 days from when you had it filled the last time, or just 32 days from when your insurance covered having it filled? I'm sorry, I can't see when you posted this question, so I must ask you for more details. These details are logged in a government database, so both the government, and your insurance will know when you last had it filled.
As to the 7 days early, there can be various reasons for that, such as not all months having 31 days, some have only 30, February usually has 28, so that can throw the count off, and not all insurance plans account for that. I've had to deal with it, before, myself. Sometimes they want to do a strict month to month count, but assume that all months have 30 days, and it was a 30 day supply, but that is not always correct, so there is a chance that the count might be off. Thus, there are times the actual count might disagree with your insurance, so you need a refill sooner than they will authorize. It can really create a mess.
Thus, if your prescription has been written for a 30 day supply, you should be able to obtain a refill every 30 days, though some pharmacies will make you wait until the exact day you are out.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
