When Does Tramadol Exit Your Urine (Page 2) (Top voted first)

i took a 100 mg tramadol on a saturday, i was wondering if it would be out of my urine on that monday? i took a drug test but i haven't received the results back, so im not sure if i tested positive for it. I was wanting to know whats the chance of me passing the urine test?

Steve, if they are doing one of the tests that can detect Tramadol, then yes, there are ones they can do that will show them the levels of that are in your body.

If you are taking the prescribed dosage, then the levels detected should fall within a certain range, if someone's range is lower or higher, then it lets them know that the person isn't taking their medication as prescribed.

Tramadol works on the opiate receptors in your brain, but it is not an actual opiate, so it will not show up on a regular drug test. A special test has to be done to detect these types of medications.


It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, headache and constipation.

NO IT WON'T SHOW UP UNLESS THEY DO A 9 PANAL TEST!! WORK PLACES ONLY DO A 5 PANEL TEST BECAUSE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR MAJOR DRUGS SUCH AS POT, CRACK, COCAINE ETC...NOT PAIN MEDICINE!! IF YOU ARE WORKING AS A BUS DRIVER OR SCHOOL THEN BE WORRIED! JOBS VERY VERY SELDOM LOOK FOR PAIN PILLS

I have a Tramadol Rx for 600mg/day, so I am not worried about it being detected in a pee test. My concern is can they detect HOW MUCH you have taken in the past? I normally stick to the 600mg except for on weekennds. Thanks for any help you can provide
