Hi yappie,
Based on my research, Dextroamphet is simply an abbreviation for Dextroamphetamine; so they are considered to be the same exact medication in that regard.
To help clear up any additional confusion, Adderall is a brand name for the following active ingredients: Amphetamine + Dextroamphetamine.
Dexedrine on the other hand, is a brand name for Dextroamphetamine only.
Adderall just happens to contain the two different mixed salts for increased efficacy.
