I didn't find any interactions listed between Warfarin, and Black Cohosh, which helps many women with various perimenopause symptoms, including hot flashes. I've been taking it for mine for awhile, now, and it has really helped a lot, it also mostly eliminated my night sweats.
While some places also suggest Soy Isoflavones as a helpful supplement, the FDA warns against taking it with Warfarin, since it can also cause increased risk of bleeding, and easy bruising.
