Unless you're in a situation where the floors harbor dangerous substances, there's no harm in dusting the pill off and taking it.
However, if you're averse to that, you should go ahead and take another one, then continue on your regular dosing schedule. This is not a controlled substance and if you find ourself one pill short, there shouldn't be any issues getting it filled early enough to make up for it.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, increased urination and hypotension.
